The Sun Inn Poets Corner. Taken in 1865, maps of the area indicate that the building was situated across the road from the main entrance to Cheethams College The same area now under redevelopment. We had to locate the this spot using a late 19th century Ordnance Survey map of the city centre. On the left is Cheethams, in the centre is Victoria Rail Station and to the right is the site of Urbis, the museum of the metropolis
